Lehigh Cyber Advisory is a cybersecurity firm that provides awareness training and advisory services to businesses, law firms, and healthcare organizations.
In-person training is available in Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, the Delaware Valley, and parts of New Jersey. Remote and virtual programs can be delivered to organizations in any location.

Dr. Mehmet F. Bastug (pronounced BAHSH-tooh) is the founder of Lehigh Cyber Advisory, a cybersecurity professor, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and CEH Hall of Fame inductee. As a researcher, educator, and mentor, he brings academic expertise and practical insight to help organizations strengthen cybersecurity awareness, reduce risk, and build a more resilient security culture.

With over 15 years of experience across cybersecurity, intelligence, and homeland security, he specializes in translating complex security concepts into practical, structured training for organizations.
Expertise
Dr. Bastug is a graduate program director, cybersecurity educator, and 2021 inductee into the EC-Council CEH Hall of Fame. He combines technical expertise with structured instructional design to develop cybersecurity training that is practical, focused, and accessible. He has delivered training to public legal institutions and teaches at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
